Beef, sliced thinly
Baby Bok Choy
Onions, sliced
Garlic, diced
Bitter Melon, cored and sliced
White Wine
Fermented Black Beans
Sesame Oil
Corn Oil
Soy Sauce
Pepper Paste

In wok, heat up dash of corn oil and sesame oil until hot. Toss in onions and garlic and stir fry lightly. Add baby bok choy and a dash of soy sauce and stir-fry until lightly wilted. Remove from pan and set aside. Throw in sliced beef, spoon full of fermented black beans, pepper paste, and a dash of arrow root. Stir fry until medium rare. Add baby bok choy mixture, a medium-pour of white wine, and stir fry together until mixture is hot and steamy and some liquid has evaporated. Serve.
